End of Season Survey

WHAT

• 2026 Boomer Cheer 
• Program for Boys & Girls
• Ages 3-14
• Age as of First 12/15
• Interested in Sponsoring your Child's team?  Click Here to fill out our online Sponsorship Form

WHEN

• Live cheering will be during the afternoon games of session 2 Boomer Basketball.
• Session 2 games start January 10th - February 15th (last week will play on Sunday)

WHERE

• Games will be played at the Jay Community Center 
• 115 E. Water St. Portland, IN 47371  (Click Here to get Directions)

COST 

• $60 on or before 
  
• Session 1 Deadline - Monday, December 15
• Registration includes Boomer Cheer shirt and pom poms
• Multi Child Discount - $5 off each for 2 children registered - $10 off each for 3+ children registered 
  
• Team Coaching Credit up to $60
• Any accepted late registrations will be subject to a $10 late fee per registrant
• Need Financial Assistance?  Click Here to submit a request to JCC's Youth Scholarship Program

PRACTICE

       Practies will be held on Mondays in December.  More practice dates will be added soon.  The first practice will be 12/2

PICTURES 

• Pictures will be taken within the first three weeks of games prior to the scheduled starting times
